	Saint Louis SCORE Chapter 21 Region 7 District 0768 Description of the Organization St. Louis SCORE Chapter 21 SCORE is a not for profit corporation organized for charitable and educational purposes. Chapter 21 is composed entirely of volunteers who provide educational programs and confidential counseling to small businesses. The St. Louis Chapter has been in existence since 1964 and has helped thousands of area men and women start small businesses. Our service area covers Eastern and Southern Missouri, including the Missouri community of Cape Girardeau. The main office for St. Louis SCORE Chapter 21 is located in the SBA offices at 200 North Broadway, Suite 1500, in St. Louis. At present, the chapter has branch offices in St. Charles, 5988 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, and a Kirkwood branch office at 333 South Kirkwood Road.
	Our Mission The mission of St. Louis SCORE Chapter 21 is to provide business counseling, mentoring and coaching to existing and emerging businesses in the Chapters jurisdiction to enhance their chance of success. To accomplish this mission, SCORE Chapter 21 offers four primary services to the small business community: Counseling and Mentoring Counseling is generally a one-on-one experience Mentoring involves an ongoing relationship with a client. *Training Workshops and Seminars* Low-cost, high-impact training workshops and seminars conducted in subject areas related to small business formation and management. *E-mail Counseling* Providing business and mentoring services to clients on-line. Business Scan A scan is a team based, in-depth analysis of the business to identify opportunities and make recommendations for improving bottom line performance.
